The business operated on a structured commission model rather than open retail sales. Each project followed a defined lifecycle from consultation through to final delivery, supported by staged quoting and deposits.

Responsibilities included:

• Developing pricing strategy with margin awareness
• Researching and securing specialist material suppliers
• Building long term supplier relationships
• Forecasting material use and managing procurement
• Controlling scope and timelines with clients
