I support the operational planning and on-site delivery of international press and launch programmes for a global premium automotive brand. These programmes host international media, VIP guests, commercial stakeholders and production teams across dynamic driving environments and live event settings.
My role spans logistics coordination, talent and media management, vehicle readiness oversight, schedule control and cross-functional liaison between brand, technical and production teams. Delivery is executed under strict confidentiality, with high expectations around safety, precision and brand representation.
